Monobloc Pumpsets

monobloc pumps are available in Single and Two Stage models. Moreover, the Gland Packing Type is most suited for those areas with scanty supply and turbid water and the Mechanical Seal Type is ideal for those areas where the water is abundant and clear.

Their sturdy and robust design ensures an improved and consistent performance, improved life of the pump, energy efficiency and power savings, and spare parts which are easily interchangeable.

We have highlighted some of the key features and benefits below:
  Feature     Benefit
Totally Enclosed Fan Cooled Motor (TEFC)     Prevents entry of unwanted particles thereby increasing motor life
Wide Voltage operation, can operate from 250V to 450V (3 phase), and 150V to 250V (1 phase)     Reduces dependency on consistent quality power supply and prevents burning
Class "A" Temperature Rise     Motor runs without overheating, and life increases
Special EN8 (C40) shaft     Longer life
Class "F" Insulation     Better Thermal Stability
Oven baked varnish     Better Resistance to Humid Atmosphere
Better Mechanical Strength
Sealed bearings with high temperature grease     Reputed make (like SKF) for longer life
Maintenance Free Operations
Hardened stainless steel bush to 50/55 RC, for gland packing pumps     Nearly zero wear and tear
Dynamically Precision Balanced Rotor & Impellers     - Minimizes noise & vibration
- Improves life of pump
Shell moulded impellers     Consistency of discharge

1. A use of a reliable and good quality starter along with earth leakage circuit breaker of less than 100 ma rating is compulsory.
2. Proper Earthing is to be provided
3. A non-return valve (NRV must be fitted nearest to the pump to avoid damage due to water hammer.
4. The product shown may differ from actual supply in view of continuous change in design and specifications.
